What does 30 days free mean?

We provide a free period during which you can fully use all the features of the platform for free. The free period starts from the moment your company is created on the platform.

What happens after the free period?

Before the end of the free period, you must pay the selected tariff to continue working on the platform. After the end of the free period, the company will be transferred to the status of pending payment, during which access to work will be closed. If payment is not made within 3 months, the company and all data entered will be automatically deleted from the platform.

Which plan should I choose?

The choice of tariff plan depends on the number of users and Skynum.Checkout, as well as on the features that you need to work. Compare the features of tariff plans, set the number of users who will work with the platform. Also, pay attention to the features of each tariff plan.

How is the total cost calculated?

The cost of the tariff plan consists of a base price and additional features. Each selected opportunity, an additional user and an additional Skynum.Checkout computer increases the total cost of the tariff plan. The platform automatically shows the recalculated total cost immediately after changing the tariff plan settings.

What are the differences between tariff plans?

Maximum number of users and Skynum.Checkout, additional features. You can find a list of features included in each tariff plan in its description.

How do I pay for my selected plan?

You can pay with a bank card (Visa or Mastercard), as well as through Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in UAH. You can pay in any currency, and the amount will be converted into hryvnias at the current exchange rate.

What does the number of users mean?

This is the number of active users who can log in and use the platform. You can activate and deactivate users of the company at your discretion, while the number of active users cannot exceed the number of users of the tariff plan.

What does the number of Skynum.ChashDesks mean?

Skynum.CashDesk is a separate application used for retail sale of goods through the cash register. To work, the application must be linked to a specific device. The number of linked devices should not exceed the number specified in the tariff plan.

What does the maximum number mean?

Each tariff plan has a limit on the maximum number of users, warehouses and Skynum.CashDesk computers. You have to choose the tariff plan allowing the maximum amount you need. If you have already selected and activated a tariff, but over time the number of users has increased beyond the maximum number, you need to switch to another tariff plan.

How can I change my plan?

You can switch to another plan or modify the current one (for example, change the number of users). When you increase the tariff plan, you will pay only the difference with the recalculation of the remaining days before the renewal of the tariff plan. When decreasing, the current tariff plan will be valid until the date of its renewal, after which it will be disabled and the new tariff plan will begin to operate.

Is there a refund?

Only the first payment you make is refundable. Renewals of the tariff plan (including those changed to another tariff plan) and repeated payments are non-refundable. You can apply for a refund of your first payment within 14 days of payment. Any payments made after 14 days of the first payment are non-refundable. Your application will be processed and refunded within 30 days of receipt. Upon return, the company and all data entered will be deleted from the platform.

How long is the validity period of the paid tariff?

30 days from the date of the first payment. Further, the tariff is extended when it is paid.

What happens if I don't pay for my renewal?

A deferred payment period of 10 days will begin. During this period, you can continue to work with the platform and make payment at any time before it ends. After the deferred payment period ends, the company's account will be suspended. After 3 months, the company and all data entered will be deleted from the platform. The days of work during the deferred payment period do not change the renewal date of the tariff plan.

Can I use the same user on different devices?

Yes, but not at the same time. When a user logs in from a new device, their session on the previous device ends.

Can I use the same Skynum.CashDesk computer on different devices?

No, but you can change the device, for example, if it fails. When the device is changed, the user session on the previous device ends, and all synchronized data of the current cashier change is transferred to the new device.
