The Skynum support chat now has an AI assistant. For now, it is still an intern: sometimes it is still learning, but it already understands the platform well and can quickly suggest answers to many questions.

The assistant can help you navigate Skynum features, find the right instruction, or explain how to perform a specific action in the system.

At the same time, our support team is still here as always. If your question is complex, unusual, or requires a human touch, you can always call someone from our team, and we will help.

New Skynum knowledge base

We have also launched a new Skynum knowledge base: help.skynum.ua.

It already includes over 300 articles: guides, explanations, examples, and answers to frequently asked questions about working with Skynum.

The knowledge base will be useful both for new users who are just getting familiar with the platform and for experienced teams who need to quickly check specific settings or workflows.

Now you can choose the format that works best for you: find an answer in the knowledge base, ask the AI assistant in the chat, or contact our support team directly.
