FAQ

Answers to common questions about pricing, payments, and Skynum usage terms.

How is the plan price calculated?

The price consists of the base plan and additional resources: users, Skynum POS devices, integrations, and branches (if available in your plan). You start with the minimum setup and gradually scale it as your business grows.

What is included in the base plan?

The base plan includes the features defined for the selected tier (Start, Progress, or Company) and the minimum limits included in that tier.

What does the number of users mean?

A user is a separate account for signing in (admin, manager, cashier, etc.). You manage users yourself, and the number of active users cannot exceed your plan limit.

What is Skynum POS and how is it counted?

Skynum POS is a separate app for retail sales. The number of POS devices defines how many devices or computers can work with the POS module at the same time.

What does the number of integrations mean?

Integrations connect external services such as online stores, marketplaces, and messengers. The integrations limit defines how many connections can be active at the same time.

What are branches and legal entities?

Branches and legal entities let you manage multiple structures within one company. This option is available in the Company plan.

How does the price change when I add resources?

When you change the number of users, POS devices, or other resources, the total price is recalculated automatically and displayed immediately.

How can I change my plan?

You can change your plan or its settings at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the difference, prorated for the remaining time until the next renewal.

What happens after the free trial ends?

After the free trial ends, you need to pay to continue using the platform. If payment is not made, the account becomes inactive and company data may be deleted according to the terms of use.

What if I don’t renew my plan in time?

If payment is overdue, access to the platform is restricted. If no payment is received for an extended period, the account and stored data may be deleted.

How do payments work?

Payments are made by bank card. Prices are shown in EUR, and the charge is processed using the payment network’s current exchange rate.

Can I pause my subscription?

Plans are subscription-based. To keep access to your data and features, you need an active paid subscription.

Do you offer refunds?

Only the first payment may be refunded within the period required by law. Subsequent payments are non-refundable.

Do you deliver custom features within standard plans?

No. Custom development is not included in standard plans. The platform evolves according to a shared roadmap that applies equally to all customers.

Is Skynum suitable for large businesses?

For companies with non-standard requirements, the Enterprise format is available — custom terms beyond standard plans.

How does Enterprise custom development work?

In Enterprise, custom development is possible outside the public roadmap. The scope, timeline, and budget are estimated and approved separately, and the work is paid in addition to the monthly plan.

Where should I start with Skynum?

Start by signing up and exploring the platform’s capabilities. You can choose or change your plan later based on your real business needs.
