In August 2026 Skynum added two new messaging integrations — TurboSMS and SMS-fly. Companies now decide for themselves which service delivers their SMS and Viber messages, compare pricing and terms, and work with several services at once when needed.

Every Skynum messaging feature works with any connected integration: messages from a customer card and document, bulk campaigns, templates with variables, automatic triggers, and delivery statuses. Templates are set up once and work with any service, and in a trigger the integration is simply picked from a list.

The main idea of the update: messaging should not depend on a single service. The company chooses who delivers its messages — and can change that choice at any moment.

What exactly is new in Skynum

TurboSMS integration

TurboSMS connects with an HTTP API token in a few minutes and works with the SMS, Viber, and Viber + SMS channels. In the hybrid channel, the message first looks for the customer in Viber and goes out as a regular SMS only if that fails — with a single charge.

Step-by-step setup is in the guide "TurboSMS integration".

SMS-fly integration

SMS-fly is a service with a long track record on the Ukrainian messaging market. Its setup also comes down to an API key, and the channel set is the same: SMS, Viber, and Viber + SMS. Sender names are registered in the service account and entered in the integration settings.

The details are in the guide "SMS-fly integration".

Messaging in the customer communications feed

Along with the integrations, the counterparty card was updated: the Communications tab now also shows SMS campaigns — in a single timeline with calls and messenger conversations. The manager opens the card and sees every message sent to the customer: the text, the image, and the delivery status.

Companies now have a choice

Previously, messaging in Skynum worked through AlphaSMS. Now TurboSMS and SMS-fly stand next to it, and the company decides who handles its messages: the services differ in pricing, sender name registration terms, and support.

Compare the terms on your own campaigns and work with the service that fits your business. And if you need to, keep several integrations at once and pick the right one in the Provider field when sending.

The update in brief

I already use AlphaSMS. Will anything change?

No. Existing integrations, templates, and triggers keep working as they did. The new services are an additional choice, not a replacement.

Can I work with several services at once?

Yes. Create separate integrations and pick the one you need in the Provider field when sending.

How much does it cost?

The integrations are not billed separately. The company pays only the messaging service for the sent messages.

How do I connect?

Open Settings → Integration → SMS providers and add an integration following the guide: TurboSMS or SMS-fly.

The new integrations are already available

TurboSMS and SMS-fly are already live in Skynum. Connect a service, send a test message to your own number — and make sure your messaging is ready for your customers.
