Skynum has added an integration with Phonet — a virtual PBX for business. Telephony in Skynum keeps growing: Phonet has joined UniTalk, and the company connects the service it already works with or the one that fits its terms better.
Every telephony feature of Skynum works with any connected integration: the client card during an incoming call, the journal of conversations with recordings, automatic tasks for missed calls, one-click calling, smart routing to the responsible manager, the communications feed on the client card, and call analytics.
The core idea of the update: telephony in an ERP should not tie the company to a single operator. The PBX can be chosen and even changed — call cards, the journal, and analytics in Skynum will work just the same.
What exactly appeared in Skynum
The Phonet integration
Phonet is an IP telephony service that gives business a virtual PBX: multi-channel numbers, employee extension numbers, ring groups with a call queue, and call recordings. Through the open Phonet API, the company's telephony now connects to Skynum in a few minutes.
The setup is simple: all the settings sit on a single page of the Phonet account — Integration with another CRM system. From there the API server and key are copied into Skynum, and one Webhook URL goes back into the call event fields. The step-by-step guide is in the “Phonet Integration” instruction.
Group calls and the call queue
Skynum fully supports the Phonet group call model: an incoming call enters the group queue, the PBX rings employees one by one, and the whole chain — from entering the queue to an answer or a miss — lands in a single call card. Managers see the live call card from the first second, not from the moment of the answer.
Smart routing without scenarios
In Phonet, smart routing is enabled with a single option: the account setting Ask for the responsible — From the CRM card. Before connecting, Phonet asks Skynum who the client's responsible manager is and directs the call to them first. Along with that, the client's name from Skynum is sent to the employee's SIP app screen — the manager sees who is calling before answering.
Companies now have a choice
The list of telephony services in Skynum keeps growing, and Phonet is the next step. Each service has its own rates, numbers, and extra features, while the Skynum side stays the same: calls become part of the records next to clients, orders, and tasks.
If your company already uses Phonet, connecting to Skynum changes nothing in your telephony: numbers, extensions, and ring groups keep working as they did.
The update in brief
I already use UniTalk. Will anything change?
No. Existing integrations work as they did. Phonet is an additional choice, not a replacement.
How much does it cost?
The integration has no separate fee and no limits. The company's only expense is the telecom operator's bill for numbers and minutes.
How do I connect it?
Open Settings → Integrations → Telephony, add the Phonet integration, and follow the “Phonet Integration” instruction — from the API key to a test call.
The integration is already available
Phonet is already live in Skynum. Connect the integration, map managers to their extension numbers, make a test call — and the client card will appear on the screen before the manager even picks up.

Skynum keeps building a single ERP platform where records, client communication, and teamwork remain parts of one managed process.
