Good news: fiscalization is now available not only in Skynum.Kasa. We have added fiscalization to the Skynum web platform, so fiscal receipts can be created directly from ERP processes: sales delivery notes, payments, refunds, online orders, and Nova Poshta cash on delivery.

This is an important step in the development of Skynum as an ERP system. Fiscalization is no longer limited to a retail cash register or POS sale. It can now work where the sale actually happens: in documents, payments, deliveries, online store integrations, and complex scenarios with prepayments.

What changed

The Skynum web platform now supports connecting fiscal services, configuring tax groups, mapping payment methods, and creating fiscal receipts without manually duplicating data in an external PRRO account.

Skynum sends data from real ERP objects to the fiscal service: products, quantities, prices, taxes, payments, payment methods, and customer contacts. As a result, the fiscal receipt is created not separately from accounting, but as part of the complete sales history.

Fiscalization became part of the ERP process

The main idea of the new fiscalization in Skynum is to preserve the connection between the sale, payment, delivery, and fiscal receipt. For example, if a sale starts with an online order, then a payment is created, the goods are shipped by Nova Poshta, and the final settlement happens after the parcel is received, Skynum can keep this history as one clear process.

This helps businesses work more accurately: fewer manual actions, lower risk of duplicating a payment or receipt, a more transparent sales history, and a clear connection between documents and fiscal operations.
